The Force 1 V10 supercar designed by Henrick Fisker was unveiled a week later after the suit between the designer and Aston Martin.
The Force 1, which is a heavily modified Dodge Viper two-seater with an 8.4-liter V10 engine with 745 horsepower, was introduced at the Detroit Motor Show. There were serious problems with the unveiling of this car and Fisker sued Aston Martin last week for $100 million, alleging Aston Martin was trying to prevent him from unveiling the car.
The main argument of the British automaker was that the top-down sketch of Fisker's car too closely resembled its DB10 car designed for the James Bond film “Spectre.” Fisker said his design takes its cues from American styling and has nothing in common with the DB10. The Force 1 V10 supercar was presented by VLF Automotive and the automaker said it took just 10 weeks to produce the vehicle from the time a sketch was drawn up.
